Friendly efficient and very responsive staff who the receptionist phoned then asked what I wanted to eat and the facilities provided were really good. I was there for 3 nights and ate at gourmet restaurant for breakfast.

By and large, it was unique base for sightseeing in Saggart, had much fun and met accommodating and amazingly nice staff especially shane the duty manager who was gracious about sorting the mix up wit my booking.

Location: the hotel was so close to bar / restaurant, the center of Dublin and the leisure complex. Moreover, it was 2 km from Avoca Rathcoole. Our twin room included an air conditioner, a hair dryer, and a safe box.

The staff was friendly efficient and amazingly helpful, the breakfast offered was warm with a great selection of food. The location was comfortable and the free parking was onsite. I ate in the gourmet restaurant nearby.

All in all they offer excellent service. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and the room is newly renovated. The food is outstanding and the breakfast was amazing and lovely. The positives include fantastic location and parking on site.

The property is exceptional, it has patient and attentive staff who the receptionist phoned then asked what I wanted to eat. The coffee bar makes the relaxing drinks. I definitely want to stay in that area again, the place met requests.

The classic double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was extremely spacious with a spa bath. The location turned out to be great, near to the newly refurbished restaurant and the bars areas and the food areas.
